Context

The Proxyma Competences R&D project proposes an innovative approach to identifying and leveraging individual and collective skills based on actual activities—that is, those performed on the job.

Technology

Proxyma Competences comprises a software service based on web technologies designed to support a methodology for characterizing skills demonstrated during actual work activities, with the aim of providing modules for visualizing and leveraging these skills within organizations.

State of progress

A proof of concept led to the development of a prototype of the SaaS software service, which is currently being redeveloped to improve its software architecture, ensure its robustness, and add new modules. The estimated TRL is 4.
