Context

Most AI solutions rely on large language models capable of answering general questions. But when conversations become more specific, they frequently hallucinate: up to 20% on general topics and 70% in sensitive areas such as health or education. What AI lacks is the ability to ask questions before answering.

Technology

After two years of research and development, a conversational agent platform was created, incorporating the Next Best Question (NBQ) engine. It integrates question-and-answer expertise, selects the best next question in real time, and provides goal-oriented guidance to steer each conversation towards the right outcome.
