Context

The use of cryogenic temperatures is required for quantum sensors, low-temperature electronics, quantum technologies, some RF signal processing, etc.: our generic platform makes tests and measurements of such devices easy.

Technology

Our experience in the field of superconducting electronics allows us to offer a turnkey cryogenic system that can receive nano-electronic chips, control and measure them, and extract the necessary information using ultra-low noise control electronics.

Advantages

Current developments in electronics (heavy-duty computing, 5G/6G) require energy consumption that is not sustainable in the long term. Cooling and control based on disruptive electronics at cryogenic temperature allow breakthrough alternatives and open up capabilities of existing technologies.

State of progress

We have validated in the laboratory several superconducting electronic systems (quantum precision SQUIDs sensors, digital circuits with clock frequencies higher than 40 GHz). We are developing a turnkey cryogenic system allowing such devices to be tested quickly and easily.

Applications

Applications deal with electrical devices operating between 3K and 80 K like magnetic, RF, optical or quantum sensors, as well as analogue and digital electronic circuits. Some end-users are companies marketing electronic products & Research & Development centres.
